We brought Tuscany and Provence together in our irresistible Herb Schiacciata. We start with a traditional Tuscan flatbread made with two starters, sea salt and extra-virgin olive oil. Then we add a generous measure of Herbes de Provence. This blend of seven traditional herbs lends a fresh yet complex flavour.
