Our Master Baker Marcus is off to France in 2018!

MARCUS – BEST IN THE WORLD? WE THINK SO.

ONLY SIX BAKERS IN THE WORLD COMPETE, AND ONE WILL BE DUBBED WORLD MASTER BAKER IN MASTERS DE LA BOULANGERIE 2018.

We are so thrilled to announce our very own Marcus Mariathas, Master Baker for ACE Bakery®, is one of six candidates selected to compete in the Masters de la Boulangerie competition in Paris, in February 2018, for the renowned title of World Master Baker.

Mariathas recently competed in the Coupe du Monde de la Boulangerie, representing Artisan Breads of the World category on Team Canada. Team Canada came out best in the Americas, and 7th worldwide.
