Pro Tip: Use any combination of your favourite sliced, dry-cured and deli meats to make this outstanding sandwich using all the flavours from a classic charcuterie board.
- 4 slices ACE Bakery® Organic Italian Loaf
- 4 slices of Genoa salami
- 4 slices of capicola or bresaola
- 4 slices mortadella
- 4 slices smoked Gouda, Havarti or Manchego
- 4 slices dill pickles
- 2 tbsp. grainy hot mustard
- Divide the salami and meats over two slices of ACE® Organic Italian Loaf.
- Top each with two slices of cheese and pickles.
- Spread mustard over the two remaining slices of bread and press mustard side down to make 2 sandwiches. Serve immediately.
