Cheesy Mexican Hot Dog

Ingredients

• 4 ACE® White Gourmet Sausage Buns
• 4 hot dogs or sausages of your choice
• 2 serrano peppers, thinly sliced
• 1/8 medium red onion, minced
• Diced fresh tomatoes
• Chopped cilantro
• 1 corn ear, cut off the cob
• ¼ cup crumbled cotija cheese
• 1 jar cheese sauce
• Crumbled bacon

Instructions

• Grill hot dogs until nicely charred on the outside.
• Place buns on the grill until golden brown.
• To assemble, place hot dogs in bun, top with cheese sauce, tomatoes, corn, cilantro, crumbled bacon and cotija cheese.
