Ingredients:

  • 4 slices ACE Bakery® Sourdough Bistro Loaf
  • 2 cups prepared chicken salad
  • 1 cup shredded marble cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp. butter

Directions:

  1. Toast the 4 slices of ACE Bakery® Sourdough Bistro Loaf in the toaster on Med setting.
  2. Top with the butter, chicken salad and shredded marble cheese and place on a baking sheet.
  3. Preheat oven broiler on high.
  4. Season to taste with salt and pepper and place baking sheet under the broiler until the cheese is melted and light brown.
  5. Serve warm.
