PISTACHIO BUTTER
Ingredients:
- 2 cups shelled pistachios (roasted or raw)
- ½ tsp fine sea salt
Optional: Roast the pistachios
For deeper flavor, roast pistachios in a 350°F oven for 6–8 minutes, until fragrant and slightly golden. Let cool before blending.
Instructions:
- Add pistachios and salt to a food processor.
- Blend, scraping down sides as needed, until smooth and spreadable (about 5–10 minutes depending on your machine).
- Store in a jar at room temp for a week or refrigerate for longer shelf life.
QUICK STRAWBERRY PISTACHIO TOAST
Ingredients:
- 1 slice ACE Sourdough Bistro Bread, toasted
- Pistachio butter
- Fresh strawberries, sliced
- Chopped pistachios
- Honey
To assemble:
Spread pistachio butter on the warm toast. Layer with strawberry slices, sprinkle with chopped pistachios, and finish with a drizzle of honey. Serve immediately.
