Ingredients

  • 1–2 bags ACE Bocata Ronda rolls (8–16 rolls total)
  • 2–3 cups leftover turkey, shredded
  • 1 cup leftover cranberry sauce
  • 8–16 slices provolone or Havarti cheese (or your favorite melty cheese)

For the garlic poppyseed butter:

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, grated or finely minced
  • 2 teaspoons poppyseeds
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Heat to 350°F. Lightly grease or line a large sheet pan.
  2. Assemble the sliders: Slice the ACE Bocata Ronda rolls in half horizontally. Place the bottom halves snugly onto the sheet pan.Spoon cranberry sauce over the bottom halves of the rolls.  Evenly distribute the turkey over the cranberry sauce. Lay cheese slices on top. Place the top halves of the rolls back on.
  3. Make the garlic poppyseed butter: In a small bowl, stir together melted butter, garlic, poppyseeds, Dijon, honey, and salt. Brush the mixture generously over the tops of the rolls.
  4. Bake: Cover loosely with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake another 5 minutes, until the tops are golden and the cheese is melted and gooey.
  5. Serve: Let rest for 5 minutes. Pull apart and serve warm with extra cranberry sauce or gravy for dipping.
