4-tiered Cheese 'Cake' with an Ace Bakery Baguette

Ingredients: 

Cheese: (These don’t need to be the exact cheeses. They just need to be 4 different sizes to get the tiered effect)  

 

We used… 

8 oz President Brie Soft-Ripened Cheese 

7 oz. Laura Chenel Creamy Brie Goat Cheese 

5.2 oz. Boursin Cheese Gourmet Garlic & Fine Herbs 

Trader Joe’s Mini Brie Bites (0.9 oz.) 

 

Decorations: 

  1. Edible flowers: violas and lilacs 
  1. Blueberries 
  1. Raspberries 
  1. Fresh thyme sprigs 

For Serving: 

1 Ace bakery baguette, cut into 1-inch slices 

 

To Make: 

  1. Layer the Cheeses. Start with the President Brie Soft-Ripened Cheese as the base. Stack the Laura Chenel Creamy Brie Goat Cheese on top of the first layer. Add the Boursin Cheese Gourmet Garlic & Fine Herbs as the third layer. Finish with the Trader Joe’s Mini Brie Bites on top. 
  1. Decorate the cheese “cake” with edible flowers like violas and lilacs, add blueberries, raspberries, and fresh thyme for color and texture. 
  1. Serve with a warm Ace bakery baguette cut into 1 inch slices.
