8 oz President Brie Soft-Ripened Cheese
7 oz. Laura Chenel Creamy Brie Goat Cheese
5.2 oz. Boursin Cheese Gourmet Garlic & Fine Herbs
Trader Joe’s Mini Brie Bites (0.9 oz.)
Decorations:
- Edible flowers: violas and lilacs
- Blueberries
- Raspberries
- Fresh thyme sprigs
For Serving:
1 Ace bakery baguette, cut into 1-inch slices
To Make:
- Layer the Cheeses. Start with the President Brie Soft-Ripened Cheese as the base. Stack the Laura Chenel Creamy Brie Goat Cheese on top of the first layer. Add the Boursin Cheese Gourmet Garlic & Fine Herbs as the third layer. Finish with the Trader Joe’s Mini Brie Bites on top.
- Decorate the cheese “cake” with edible flowers like violas and lilacs, add blueberries, raspberries, and fresh thyme for color and texture.
- Serve with a warm Ace bakery baguette cut into 1 inch slices.
