Ingredients:
- 1 ACE Bakery® Rustic Italian Oval
- 2 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 cup Pepperjack Cheese
- 1 1/2 cups Sour Cream
- 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp hot sauce
- 8-10 slices of Bacon
- Green onions, for garnish
- Additional bacon and cheddar cheese, for garnish
- Olive oil + garlic salt, to brush
- Additional bread, celery, carrots, and pretzels for serving
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F
- Using the ACE Bakery® Rustic Italian Oval, cut an oval shape out of the bread, creating a hollow bowl. Reserve the bread pieces for dipping.
- In a food processor, combine Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Pepperjack Cheese, Sour Cream, Cream Cheese, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce. Pulse until well combined.
- Cook the bacon until crispy, then chop it into small pieces. Stir the bacon into the cheese mixture.
- Brush the outside inside of the bread bowl with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic salt. Wrap the bottom in foil.
- Fill the bread bowl with the cheese and bacon mixture.
- Place the filled bread bowl on a baking sheet and bake for 20-30 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly and the bread is toasted.
- Garnish the dip with chopped green onions, additional bacon, and cheddar cheese.
- Serve the Bacon Cheddar Bread Bowl Dip with the reserved bread pieces, celery, carrots, and pretzels for dipping. Enjoy!
