Homemade Pistachio Butter + Strawberry Pistachio Toast

With ACE Bakery® Sourdough Bistro Loaf

PISTACHIO BUTTER
Ingredients:

  • 2 cups shelled pistachios (roasted or raw)
  • ½ tsp fine sea salt

Optional: Roast the pistachios
For deeper flavor, roast pistachios in a 350°F oven for 6–8 minutes, until fragrant and slightly golden. Let cool before blending.

Instructions:

  1. Add pistachios and salt to a food processor.
  2. Blend, scraping down sides as needed, until smooth and spreadable (about 5–10 minutes depending on your machine).
  3. Store in a jar at room temp for a week or refrigerate for longer shelf life.

QUICK STRAWBERRY PISTACHIO TOAST
Ingredients:

  • 1 slice ACE Sourdough Bistro Bread, toasted
  • Pistachio butter
  • Fresh strawberries, sliced
  • Chopped pistachios
  • Honey

To assemble:

Spread pistachio butter on the warm toast. Layer with strawberry slices, sprinkle with chopped pistachios, and finish with a drizzle of honey. Serve immediately.
