Ingredients:

  • 2 ACE Bakery® White Baguettes (cut in half)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

MARGHERITA BAGUETTE PIZZA:

  • ½ cup Crushed San Marzano tomato sauce
  • 6 oz of Fresh mozzarella
  • Handful of fresh basil
  • 1/2 tbsp. olive oil (for drizzling)

GRILLED RUSTIC CHICKEN BAGUETTE PIZZA:

  • ½ cup Marinara sauce
  • 4 oz Chicken breast (grilled & sliced)
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • ½ Roasted red pepper (sliced)
  • ½ small Red onion (thinly sliced)

MEDITERRANEAN BAGUETTE PIZZA:

  • 1 cup Mozzarella (shredded)
  • ¼ cup crumbled feta
  • 1 cup Baby spinach (thinly sliced)
  • 6-8 grape tomatoes (sliced)
  • ¼ cup black olives (sliced)
  • ½ small Red onion

PESTO ARUGULA AND PROSCIUTTO BAGUETTE PIZZA:

  •  ½ cup Pesto sauce
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 3 to 4 oz prosciutto (torn)
  • 1 cup Baby arugula
  • ½ cup Button mushrooms
  • 1/2 tbsp. Olive oil (for drizzling)

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C).
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the ACE Bakery® White Baguettes on the baking sheet, cut-side up.
3. Top the baguette with your favourite toppings.
4. For the Margherita Baguette Pizza, add San Marzano tomato sauce, mozzarella, basil and a drizzle of olive oil.
5. For the Grilled Rustic Chicken Baguette Pizza, add marinara sauce, chicken breast, mozzarella, roasted red pepper and red onion.
6. For the Mediterranean Baguette Pizza, brush olive oil onto baguette, add mozzarella, feta, baby spinach, grape tomatoes, black olives and red onion.
7. For the Pesto Arugula and Prosciutto Baguette Pizza, add pesto sauce, parmesan cheese, prosciutto, baby arugula, mushrooms and a drizzle of olive oil.
8. Bake the baguette pizza party boats for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
9. Slice each half into 4-5 portions and serve!
