INGREDIENTS2 slices ACE Bakery® Sourdough Bistro or Rustic Artisan Loaf¼ cup shredded gouda cheese½ shredded old cheddar cheese1 tbsp. mayonaise2 tbsp. unsalted butter.

- ¼ cup shredded gouda cheese
- ½ shredded old cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp. mayonaise
- 2 tbsp. unsalted butter
INSTRUCTIONSHeat a medium sized skillet over medium-low heat.Top ACE Bakery® Sourdough Bistro or Rustic Artisan Loaf with the mayonnaise and the shredded cheeses – close to make a sandwich.Melt 1 tbsp. of butter in the pan and add the sandwich – move it around the pan to soak up all the melted butter.Cook until sandwich is golden brown on bottom, about 2 minutes. Then lift sandwich out of skillet and add remaining 1 tbsp. of butter into pan – let melt. Carefully flip sandwich over and return to pan – move the sandwich around to coat the bread with butter and continue to cook until bottom side is golden brown and cheese is melted through. Remove from pan and serve immediately.
