- 400g canned or fresh tuna (If using fresh use sushi grade tuna)
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 small knob fresh ginger, peeled and finely chopped
- 2 soy sauce
- Handful coriander leaves, chopped
- 2 sunflower oil
Teriyaki Sauce:
- 3 soy sauce
- 2 mirin
- 2 sake
- 2 sugar
