InstructionsPreheat your oven to 375°FSlice off the tops of the ACE Bakery® Classic Gourmet Buns and set aside.Use the bottom of a jar to gently press down and create an indentation in the middle of each bun, forming a well for the filling.Place a slice of bacon, ham, or prosciutto inside each well.Crack an egg into each bun, making sure it sits nicely within the indentation.Sprinkle the shredded sharp cheddar cheese evenly over the eggs. Then sprinkle with fresh chives or green onions.Place the buns on a baking sheet or square baking pan and bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the eggs are set to your liking and the cheese is melted and bubbly.Remove from the oven, serve warm and enjoy!For Meal Prep: After baking, let the Breakfast Bun Egg Bakes cool completely. Wrap each bun in foil and store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. To reheat, preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and warm the buns in the foil for 10-15 minutes.
