This Pistachio Butter is pure indulgence — rich, earthy pistachios blended into a silky spread with just a hint of sea salt. Spread it generously over a warm slice of ACE® Sourdough Bistro Bread, then layer on juicy strawberries, a sprinkle of chopped pistachios, and a drizzle of golden honey. The result? PISTACHIO BUTTER Ingredients:
- 2 cups shelled pistachios (roasted or raw)
- ½ tsp fine sea salt
Optional: Roast the pistachiosFor deeper flavor, roast pistachios in a 350°F oven for 6–8 minutes, until fragrant and slightly golden. Let cool before blending.

- Add pistachios and salt to a food processor.
- Blend, scraping down sides as needed, until smooth and spreadable (about 5–10 minutes depending on your machine).

- 1 slice ACE® Sourdough Bistro Bread, toasted
- Pistachio butter
- Fresh strawberries, sliced
- Chopped pistachios
- Honey
To assemble:
