Summer Burrata Grazing Board with Grilled ACE Bakery Baguette

- 1 Baguette from ACE Bakery®
- Olive oil, for brushing the bread and drizzling
- 3 large balls Burrata
- 4 ounces Prosciutto
- 4 ounces Feta, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons Za'atar
- 2 cups fresh Cherries
- 3 ripe Peaches or nectarines, sliced
- 2 cups Arugula
- 1/4 cup prepared Pesto
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette or balsamic glaze
- Fresh Basil and Mint for garnish
- Flaky sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper
1. Grill the Baguette: Slice the ACE Bakery® baguette into 1/2-inch slices. Brush both sides lightly with olive oil and grill or toast until golden and crisp around the edges.
2. Assemble the Board: Arrange the sliced peaches, arugula, cherries, prosciutto, and grilled baguette on a large serving board. Nestle the burrata onto the board and spoon pesto over the top. Scatter over the crumbled feta, then drizzle the feta with
olive oil and sprinkle with za’atar. Drizzle the entire board lightly with balsamic vinaigrette or glaze. Finish with fresh basil and mint, and season with flaky sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper.
3. Serve: Serve immediately and let everyone tear, scoop, and build their perfect bite.
