Toppings:
- 1 jar apple chutney
- Handful of arugula
Pork Patties:
- 18 oz. minced pork
- 1/2 cup onion
- 2 parsley
- 2 tbsp. garlic powder or fresh garlic
- 1/2 black pepper
- 1/2 salt
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
InstructionsPeel and grate onion Place the minced pork, grated onion, parsley, garlic powder in a bowl and mix to combine.Gradually add breadcrumbs until mixture holdsFry a small amount of the mix to taste test theIf the seasoning is right, divide into four and form intoHeat a pan over highPour the oil over the burger patties and rub it in on bothPlace a burger in the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on eachSear the burger buns for 30 secondsAdd arugula to the base of the bun, followed by the burger and a generous spoonful of chutney.

- Peel and grate onion
- Place the minced pork, grated onion, parsley, garlic powder in a bowl and mix to combine.
- Gradually add breadcrumbs until mixture holds
- Fry a small amount of the mix to taste test the
- If the seasoning is right, divide into four and form into
- Heat a pan over high
- Pour the oil over the burger patties and rub it in on both
- Place a burger in the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each
- Sear the burger buns for 30 seconds
- Add arugula to the base of the bun, followed by the burger and a generous spoonful of chutney.
