INGREDIENTS4 ACE® Cheddar Ciabatta Bun4 cream cheese, softened2 chopped fresh basil1 garlic powder1 rosemary leaves1 thyme leaves1/2 salt1/4 cup olive oil1 eggplant (cut into 1” slices)1 zucchini (cut into 1” slices)2 red bell peppers (cut into wedges)1 red onion (cut into 1” slices)1 cup arugula leaves (rinsed and drained).

- 4 cream cheese, softened
- 2 chopped fresh basil
- 1 garlic powder
- 1 rosemary leaves
- 1 thyme leaves
- 1/2 salt
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 eggplant (cut into 1” slices)
- 1 zucchini (cut into 1” slices)
- 2 red bell peppers (cut into wedges)
- 1 red onion (cut into 1” slices)
- 1 cup arugula leaves (rinsed and drained)
INSTRUCTIONSMix cream cheese, basil, garlic powder, rosemary, thyme and salt in a bowl. Set aside.Brush vegetables lightly with olive oilGrill vegetables over medium-high heat for 5 to 10 minutes or until vegetables are tenderPlace buns on the grill for 30 seconds per side or until lightly toastedEvenly spread cream cheese mixture on each side of the breadLayer the bell peppers, zucchini, eggplant, red onion and arugulaCut sandwiches in half, serve immediately.
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix cream cheese, basil, garlic powder, rosemary, thyme and salt in a bowl. Set aside.
- Brush vegetables lightly with olive oil
- Grill vegetables over medium-high heat for 5 to 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender
- Place buns on the grill for 30 seconds per side or until lightly toasted
- Evenly spread cream cheese mixture on each side of the bread
- Layer the bell peppers, zucchini, eggplant, red onion and arugula
- Cut sandwiches in half, serve immediately
